Dark Chocolate Blackcurrant Truffles Made with 70% dark chocolate, blackcurrant puree, a touch of cream and some Creme de Cassis. Dipped in more 70% dark chocolate and finished with freeze dried blackcurrant and icing sugar. A very grown up chocolate.
