Guarantees & Returns

With the exception of earrings and body jewellery, you may return any product you buy from Sophie Jules for a full refund if you are not entirely happy with your purchase.  Unfortunately we canot extend this policy to earrings and body jewellery for hygene reasons.

We ask that you return your item within seven days, in its original packaging, unused and in perfect condition.  Let us know if you would prefer a refund or exchange, and also make sure to include your name and address.

Please use a signed for postal service for your own proof of delivery.  This postage cost will not be reimbursed unless you are returning an item which was damaged or faulty.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange items that are damaged whilst being returned to us, or lost. And also, we cannot refund the original delivery charge unless the item was damaged or faulty. 

If your order arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and arrange for it to be returned to us.  We will replace items without charge and reimburse the additional postage costs.  Please ensure you contact us via telephone or email with three days so we can issue you with a returns number.

We make every effort to display our jewellery as accurately as possible but please remember that colours and images vary depending on your own monitor and browser and we cannot guarantee that your chosen items will be exactly as you see them on screen.  Most item descriptions do include a size or length. 

If an item is not in stock we aim to notify you within 24 hours whereby we will give you the choice of: waiting for the designer to produce another item for you, a refund or chosing an alternative item/s from the site instead. 

By placing an order with Sophie Jules you agree to the above terms.  Your statutory rights are not affected.
